Our Story

Our journey from operations and engineering to VC.

Ventioneers is a play on words: “venture” and “pioneers.” It was founded by Mohamed Soliman and Felicia Parker, together with their shared passion for innovation, entrepreneurship, and a drive to grow impactful businesses.

With Mohamed’s background in engineering and technology, and Felicia’s background in business strategy and operations, they combined their experiences to create Ventioneers.

We believe startups can change the world for the better, and it all starts with a visionary founder, determination and execution.

We know as entrepreneurs, what it’s like to manage a startup, and what it takes to go from launch to scale, and the strategies needed for that growth. We love seeing ideas come to life, and being a part of that journey.

As a team, we actively seek out startups with a large addressable market, traction, a solid strategy in place, the ability to expand, a strong MOAT, and backed by an accelerator or a lead investor.

We bring with us our investor base which includes: Founders, VC’s, Family Offices, and HNWI.
